Talk:Guide to reclaiming bank charges

Hi everyone

I have a bit of a story to reclaiming my charges - I first atempted to reclaim from Barclays in June last year and got as far as sending the second request for repayment along with second copy of spreadsheet of my charges letter - then my computer crashed and I lost all the data - I have only just been able to get back on line and want to pick up where I left off - is it advisable to start again or would you advise I try to pick up from where I left off? Barclays have obviously ignorned my request and I dont know where to start - please help - Carol
